How long my photos in digital format are available for purchase online?
Due to storage restrictions, photos are only available for 15 days.

As in the park our digital packages include all the pictures you have, no matter the number of photos, the price is fixed by the number of people, the packages online do not include USB, you will receive your pictures by download links.

How do I look for my pictures?
After logging with your user account, you must select the date of your visit and enter the group key that you were given the day of the tour to identify your photos. Then you will see on the screen all your photos. If you forgot the group key please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What’s included with the price of the online pictures?
Our internet sales packages include your digital pictures in high resolution, according to your chosen package, and our Special Gallery featuring 40 pictures of unforgettable places in the Park.
What’s the resolution of the pictures?
18 megapixels in a 3456 x 5184 pixels format.
How do I pay my photos online?
You can only pay with credit card or by Paypal.
Can I request my payment in USD, EUR or any other currency of my choice?
If your credit card is foreign the bank will transfer the payment according to the currency of the country where the card is issued.
After making the payment, how soon will I be able to download my digital pictures?
Once you have paid your pictures, you will have to wait 24 hours approximately to be able to download them due to the time it take us to upload them to the server. Anyway, we will send you a notification by e-mail; remember to check your junk mail.
The pictures I bought online are sent to my e-mail?
Once you’ve paid your photos, We Will send you a notification by e-mail in which you will find a link to download your photos and a second link to download 40 photos of the wonders of Xcaret. We recommend you to browse the junk mail folders also.
I bought my printed pictures at the Park, but I lost them, can I recover them?
The printed photos can only be purchased at the park; you can buy the digital version of your photos in our website and print them on your own.
Can I bring my own USB to upload the photos at the Park’s shop?
For security of the entire network it is not allowed to use external USB.
Is there a Copyright for the pictures that I bought in Xcaret?
The pictures we take in Xcaret are a product for general sale usually with the intention that visitors can take home a souvenir of their experience in the Park. These pictures are considered authentic souvenirs that can be bought by anyone; therefore, their sale doesn’t mean a liability towards the company. Remember that all our photos have Xcaret logo embedded in the images, as they are an exclusive product of our brand there is no possibility to be removed from the pictures that are on sale.
Is there any kind of refund?
Due to the nature of the product we offer, there is always the possibility of viewing the pictures prior to purchase, so once the purchase is made, there is no possibility of granting refunds of any kind.
Do I have to purchase the pictures you take of me in the Park?
There is no obligation to purchase your pictures, just remember that we have packages that include all the photos for a fixed price.
